By downloading and using Verse ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Verse is a Bible word game that provides daily puzzles based on scripture verses. The App is free to play with ads. An optional ad-free subscription is available.

3. Data Sync

If you are signed into iCloud on your device, your game progress syncs automatically across your devices. No account creation is required.

4. Subscriptions

• Weekly subscription: $2.99/week
• Yearly subscription: $19.99/year
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

5. Free Usage

All game features including daily puzzles, streaks, collections, and leaderboards are available for free. The subscription only removes advertisements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Verse. Bible verses are in the public domain.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
